  1. It can’t end tomorrow, the One Show’s on.

  2. One day one of these nutters is going to be right and will remind us of it in eternity. Yes, Jesus is coming back but we dont know when so we better be ready every day.

  3. For connoisseurs of Rapture lunacy, I recommend: http://www.fivedoves.com/ . There isn’t a Rapture theory these guys won’t embrace and make their own. At least until that day passes and the next Rapture drill comes along.

  4. Why do people think they know something even Jesus said that he and the angels don’t Matthew 24:36 No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[f] but only the Father. 37As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.

I used to be terrified of the end of the world now I am not, but the datesetters and the Christian reconstructionists still worry me, although It is in God’s hands

  7. Don’t people really read the Bible? or if they do, I doubt that they believe. Jesus made this comment about his return, and that is to happen well before the end of things.

    MATTHEW 25:13
13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

When Jesus Christ return to catch away His Bride, they go to the marriage supper…while that is happening the Tribulation sets in. After that Christ and the Bride return to rule and reign on this earth for 1000 years of peace. Satan is bound for that time. After that is the battle of Gog and Magog…the earth is distroyed. Then the White throne of Judgment. Finally the New heaven and earth and eternity.

  9. Complete lunacy. Do you listen to yourselves?

  10. Stephen Sizer,
You’d better repent of sending out antisemitic emails pretty quickly then, hadn’t you?

  11. So, here we all are on 9/22/09. Quelle surprise! Any comment from the whackaloons? I can’t really deal with the site, it gives me nystagmus…

  12. The sad part is that the people who believe in such predictions will keep coming back for more. They never learn.

Even the Mayans had the intelligence to make their apocalypse take place centuries in the future.

  13. The ‘Rapture’ is coming? Could someone please point out to me where it says the word ‘Rapture’ in the KJV?

I mean we hear that damned word so often coming out of the mouths of well-heeled TV preachers, so that word MUST be in the KJV, no?

I sure as hell can’t find that word and I’ve read the KJV from cover to cover several times.

Why does the cynic in me think that the word ‘Rapture’ is being used by devious preachers and sadistic politicans to keep their flock trembling in fear and always ready to fight more wars for Israel?

As for the “Seven Year Tribulation,’ I thought that had started when Bush and Cheney stole the election in December 2000.
