Belief in Demonized Children Leads to Deaths from Starvation in USA and in UK

Baltimore, USA:

For more than a week, Ria Ramkissoon watched passively as her 1-year-old son wasted away, denied food and water because the older woman she lived with said it was God’s will.

Javon Thompson was possessed by an evil spirit, Ramkissoon was told, because he didn’t say ”Amen” during a mealtime prayer. Javon didn’t talk much, given his age, but he had said ”Amen” before, Ramkissoon testified…

Birmingham, UK:

Seven-year-old Khyra Ishaq weighed less than three stone when she was admitted to hospital in May 2008 where she died from an acute infection that had been brought on by severe malnutrition.

…Her mother, Angela Gordon, and step-father, Junaid Abuhamza, were charged with murder after police discovered that the pair had routinely denied food to their children as a form of punishment.

…Abuhamza, a schizophrenic who told investigators that he once watched his domineering father beat his sister to death, believed Khyra was possessed by a “jinn”, a type of evil spirit that features prominently in Islamic scripture.

  1. People from Africa and other unfortunate countries who suffer from mental illness issues always mistake their problems for “demons”. Illnesses such as schizophrenia is easily passed as “manliness” in Africa because of the inclination to violence.

The female form of the resultant violence tends to fall upon children more than the men.

Any way lets see what else has been report recently in birmingham

A Birmingham coroner has recorded an open verdict at an inquest into the death of a young mother who was found hanged next to her two young children.

Aidan Cotter said there was not enough evidence to suggest Musammat Mumtahana had taken her own life when found with sons Raheem, two and Nahim, one, at their home in Radnor Road, Handsworth, on October 4, 2006.

Mr Cotter concluded the two children were killed unlawfully at an inquest into the deaths at Sutton Coldfield Town Hall.

He said all three deaths were caused as a result of hanging by ligature.

A statement by Dr John Alistair Vale, who treated Musammat Mumtahana at City Hospital, was read out at the inquest. He said: “She was suffering at the hands of her husband’s family.

“She said they gave her little food and made her do the household chores.

A woman who killed her husband by pouring petrol over him and then setting it alight after he began a relationship with another woman has been jailed for life.

Shahnaz Begum, of Churchill Road, Handsworth was found guilty of the murder of Liaqat Zaman by a jury at Birmingham Crown Court.

Judge William Davis QC, said Begum must spend a minimum of 17 years behind bars before she could be considered for release.

“What you did was to pour petrol over your husband and set fire to him. It is impossible to know whether you intended to kill him or merely to cause him some really horrible injury.

“But whatever it was that was in your mind it was motivated by anger and frustration,” he said. “Without in any way wishing to say anything adverse about Mr Zaman, it is the case that he had taken a second wife and that undoubtedly upset and angered you.

“This cannot be something that happened literally in a moment. You must have thought about what you were going to do.

“There was a degree of premeditation about what you did and what you did was truly dreadful.”

But he accepted Begum must have quickly repented after realising the awfulness of what she had done and had tried to save her husband.

The court was told that the victim and Begum had married in 1994 and had three children but in 2006 Mr Zaman met Maryam Bham over the internet and married her according to Islamic law.

  4. Hey Shiva, why dont you tell us abou the American mother strangling her daughter at her college. Or that guy shooting dead that woman who got a restraining order against him. Oh, thats right. They werent Muslims so your propaganda cant focus on then.

  5. For the same reason I did not report bout the taxi driver who had his throat slit by two muslims just up the road from me, it was not jihad related.

Why I mentioned the other two cases is because the where linked as related to the above story, and to illustrate how much islam is becoming a burden on our justice system.

  6. Really something stinks in Bromistan

The police watchdog is to investigate the contact made between officers and a Birmingham woman accused of murdering her three-year-old daughter.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission said its inquiry will focus on the “limited” contact between West Midlands Police and Iman Yousef in the year before the death of Alia Jama.

Alia was found dead by police on February 13 in a house in Erdington which contained a hazardous substance, after concerns were raised about her safety.

A member of West Midlands Police, working under an IPCC investigator, will be appointed to conduct the inquiry.

IPCC commissioner Len Jackson said: “Any child’s death is a terrible event and I would like to extend my sincere condolences to the family and friends of this young girl at this difficult time.

“There was some limited contact between the child’s mother and the police in the last year or so, and it is important that we carry out a managed investigation to ensure all the correct policies and procedures were followed.

“As well as the police response, we will be looking at what interaction there was between police and other agencies.”

Yousef, 24, from Milverton Road, is remanded in custody charged with Alia’s murder and is due to appear before the city’s crown court in June.
